Tanya Strauss, Co-Founder
Tanya has 2 little ones (a 5 year-old-boy and a 2-year-old girl) to keep her smiling. She LOVES to run half marathons, has recently started a life-changing Pilates practice, and is incredibly passionate about writing (while she won’t toot her own horn, one of her personal essays was published in the Nothing But the Truth So Help Me God anthology December 2013 – woot, woot!). Tanya got the idea for a women’s wellness challenge from a similar event in which she participated in 2010 in Seattle. Putting her wellness first for a few minutes a week was such a rewarding experience that she wanted to try it out in the Bay Area. Tanya’s enthusiasm is infectious and this extends into her active life. She’s that girlfriend that you can trust will be there for a good run, or a relaxing glass of wine!
